Welcome to Sharma Ethnic Cuisines, a now established and popular restaurant which has now moved to Portomaso Marina, St. Julian's after 5 years in Mdina. We offer an eclectic mix of traditional cuisines from India, North Africa and the Mediterranean.
Sharma's decor is inspired by the ancient spice trading route which used to run from India, through the Middle East, and lead to North Africa and the Mediterranean. Interaction between these different cultures over the centuries influenced their respective cuisines and customs, which have evolved into those we are accustomed to today.
At Sharma we try to offer something more than just food and drink. We trust that the authentic presentation of the various cuisines on offer will stimulate your senses and most of all, we hope that your visit will turn out to be a memorable experience!
OPENING HOURS & OTHER INFORMATION:
We are open on all days from 12.00 noon to midnight with last kitchen orders at 11.00pm. Food served all day. Booking is advised. Our Children's Policy is: we accept Children aged 7 years and over. Pets not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and we also have a cigarette vending machine. For birthday or any other occasion you can bring your own cake. Please note that €2 cover charge per person is added to the bill.
